Contourier Workshop & Services Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

At Contourier, we are committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on experiences rooted in craftsmanship, education, and community. Due to the nature of our workshops, classes, and custom services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.

1. General Policy

All purchases made for workshops, classes, events, and services are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Workshops & Classes

Non-Refundable Policy

All workshop and class registrations are final and non-refundable, as each experience includes:

  • Pre-purchased materials and supplies

  • Reserved seating with limited capacity

  • Instructional time and curated experiences

Project Completion Disclaimer

While our classes are designed to guide participants through a complete project, completion of the project within the scheduled class time is not guaranteed. Individual pacing, skill level, and time constraints may impact progress.

Additional Support

To ensure all participants have the opportunity to complete their projects, Contourier may offer:

  • Additional group sessions (when available)

  • One-on-one sewing support (by appointment)

These options may be complimentary or offered at a discounted rate at Contourier’s discretion.

3. Rescheduling & Transfers

Participant-Initiated Changes

  • Requests to transfer or reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class or event.

  • Approved transfers may be issued in the form of a store credit.

Missed Classes

  • Failure to attend a scheduled class (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund or credit.

4. Store Credit Policy

In select cases, Contourier may issue store credit at its sole discretion.

  • Store credit can be applied toward any future class, service, or product.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

  • Expiration terms (if applicable) will be provided at the time of issuance.

5. Cancellations by Contourier

In the rare event that Contourier must cancel or reschedule a class or service due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full store credit or refund.

6. Custom & Made-to-Measure Services

All custom, altered, or made-to-measure items are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
